  • How long will it take to get my order? +

    Lead times vary based on material lead times and machine availability. Each product has a lead time based on whether it is a stock or custom material and which machine it is capable of running on.
  • Do you expedite? +

    We do not expedite orders and scheduling is done on a first come first serve basis. We want to be fair to all of our customers and by not expediting we keep production running much more efficiently. In very rare circumstances we will assess and advise if we can provide.
  • Do you have stock products available? +

    No, every order is treated as custom and made-to-order.
  • What are your minimums? +

    Our minimums are typically 1,000 for unprinted product and 5,000 for printed product. Minimums may vary for custom materials and for certain projects.
  • What are your printing capabilities? +

    We offer 5 color flexographic surface print.
  • Do you provide tooling and print plates? +

    For non-traditional sizes we do provide tooling as well as print proofs and plates at an additional fee. They are owned by the purchasing customer.
  • Which certifications do you have? +

    We are an ISO 9001:2015 facility. A copy of our certificate can be requested through Customer Service.
  • Do you have a change control policy? +

    Yes.
  • What is your return policy? +

    Our return policy is per our terms and conditions. Please reach out to a Customer Representative for clarification.
  • Do you have a Business Contingency Plan? +

    LaminatedFILMS & Packaging is a single site facility, there is very little we can do to mitigate our loss if the facility should be rendered unusable due to a disaster. Computer data is backed up and stored offsite which will allow us to contact all customers if there was a disaster.
  • Do you have recall insurance available? +

    Yes.
